On January 14th-15th together with our partners from Ukraine, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, MilleniuM had launched a start of K2 project “Eastern Partnership Youth Workers Academy”

The aim of the project is to increase the quality of youth work in partner countries by preparing a pool of trainers who will provide national trainings for youth workers in their countries based on European Training Strategy Competence Model for youth workers and European best practices.

With a very full and productive Kick-off Meeting, together with our partners, we’ve:
– made an overview on the project’s aim and objectives;
– planned activities and set their timelines;
– discussed the strategy of research on youth work practices and overall situation on the youth field in our countries;
– discussed plans for implementation and partner contribution in each set activity within the project.
