Today is about the conclusion of the long-term training course for trainers, 2019 edition 💙
6️⃣ months ago 2️⃣0️⃣ of youth workers and with the project team started an unusual, probably less well-known journey 🤔 a half-year trip in the long-term Training Course for Trainers.
During this time, the participants discovered all aspects of non-formal education, the European Trainer Skills Set and developed the skills needed in working with young people and conducting trainings.
Participants learned new ways to approach problems, conflict situations and learned how to strengthen teamwork. During the course the participants had the opportunity to know themselves: as a human being first and as a trainer in particular.
Alexandra Isaicul, project coordinator shares about the experience she created through this project👇
“We realized this project by which we set out to remove the participants from the comfort zone and at the same time to become a learning experience. We have long been aware that we, the trainers, are destined to help others, and this course is in fact a result for the whole society, because we do not stop here and we will continue to do what we have set ourselves – the promotion of non-formal education and the Training of Trainers. ”
The long-term training course for trainers is organized in the Republic of Moldova by the “MilleniuM” Development Training Institute in 2015 as part of the project “Promoting quality non-formal education in the youth field”. The project is implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research in the annual Grant Program for the youth sector.
